Payments
Project payments follow the schedule set out in your proposal or contract. Late payments may pause active work until resolved.

Where a project uses third-party platforms (hosting, payment gateways, CMS providers, ad platforms), those platforms' own terms and pricing apply, and Code of Dolphins is not responsible for their availability or changes to their policies.
Limitation of Liability
We work carefully to deliver reliable websites, software and campaigns, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as search rankings or sales figures), since these depend on factors outside our direct control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction over any disputes.
